Locally Twisted collects the information we need to answer your questions, plan your event, complete orders, and keep in touch when you ask us to.

Information you give us

Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and message details you send through our forms.
Event details: date, time, location, service interests, guest count, theme notes, inspiration photos, and other planning details you choose to share.
Order and payment details: cart contents, order notes, billing details, payment status, and transaction records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on this website.
Newsletter details: your email address if you sign up for marketing emails such as seasonal specials, new designs, or celebration ideas.
Website activity: basic site, cart, session, analytics, advertising, and tracking information collected through cookies, pixels, or similar tools.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
To schedule, deliver, and support balloon decor, balloon twisting, and face painting services.
To process payments, deposits, refunds, invoices, and order records.
To send order-related messages about your quote, booking, receipt, invoice, pickup, delivery, payment, or customer support request.
To send marketing or newsletter emails only when you have signed up or chosen marketing updates.

Order emails and marketing emails

When you give us your email at checkout or on an inquiry form, we use it for invoices, receipts, payment updates, pickup or delivery details, quotes, scheduling, and other order- or event-related information. We do not add that email to marketing lists unless you sign up for the newsletter or choose marketing updates.

If you sign up for the newsletter or marketing updates, we may send occasional offers, seasonal specials, new designs, and celebration ideas. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

Who we share it with

We share information only with people and services that help us run the business: payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, business software, and the Locally Twisted team members or contractors involved in your event. We do not sell your personal information.
