How It Works
- Choose one of our three scheduled pickup days for this item. Only Available at the West Jordan location.
- Add any additional 3D-printed animals or creatures you would like to purchase or extra cups.
- Complete your free online reservation.
- Visit the Locally Twisted store during your selected pickup day.
- Choose your Halloween balloon design from the designs available when you arrive.

Balloon designs are selected in person and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Balloon designs cannot be reserved online.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the Halloween Color Cups really free?
Yes! Each customer may reserve up to two free Halloween Color Cups. No purchase is required.
Can I reserve more than two cups?
No. The limit is two cups per customer. Duplicate reservations may be canceled so we can make the giveaway available to as many local families as possible.
Can I choose my balloon design online?
No. You will choose from the Halloween balloon designs available when you arrive at the store. Designs are available first come, first served.
Can I choose my free 3D print?
Yes. The included small animal 3D-print is a surprise and will be selected at pickup.
Can I purchase additional 3D prints?
Yes! Additional 3D-printed animals and creatures may be selected and purchased through the website when you make your reservation.
Do I need to pay anything at checkout?
No payment is required for the free cups. Payment is only required if you add paid 3D-printed items to your order.
Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes. Advance reservations help us prepare the correct number of cups and balloons. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
Can I pick up on Saturday?
Not without calling first. Satudays in October get very busy for us and we are not always open Saturday in October.
What happens if I don’t collect my order?
You can call and setup another pick up time but no guarantees.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. They will need the full name and order number used for the reservation.
