Shipping policy

Locally Twisted delivers balloon decor across the Wasatch Front and offers free pickup from our West Jordan studio and Riverdale pickup point.

Delivery and pickup options

• Free store pickup — West Jordan or Riverdale. Choose pickup at checkout and we will confirm your pickup window.
• Local delivery — Wasatch Front: $15.
• Park City delivery: $50.
• Outside these areas: delivery starts with a quote. Contact us and we will confirm availability and price before you order.

Delivery and pickup options are selected at checkout, and the delivery charge is added there. Large installations such as arches, columns and balloon drops are delivered and set up by our team; they are not available for customer pickup.

Timing

We ask for as much notice as possible for event work. Short-notice requests are often possible — contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet your date.
