Program Description
By opting into Locally Twisted SMS Notifications, you agree to receive updates, offers, and notifications about our products and services, including custom balloon decor, event planning, and special promotions. Message frequency may vary.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS notifications anytime by texting STOP to our shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation of your opt-out status. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, simply sign up again using the original method, and messages will resume.

Messaging & Data Rates

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data may be shared with subcontractors only for essential support services, such as customer service or technical assistance. Prohibited Content & Compliance
We adhere to all carrier regulations and applicable laws. Sending prohibited content, including phishing, illegal content, or messages related to SHAFT topics (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco), will result in immediate termination and may incur fines.

Liability for Violations
Violations of these terms may result in fines imposed by carriers, including but not limited to:
• Tier 1 ($2,000): Phishing, smishing, or social engineering
• Tier 2 ($1,000): Illegal content violations
• Tier 3 ($500): SHAFT content violations

T-Mobile and other carriers may permanently block campaigns for excessive violations. Locally Twisted will pass on any fines incurred to the violating party.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Locally Twisted reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
